Conditions for participation in the competition
Each author can participate in three categories, with a maximum of one work per category:
A - electronic dance music [1]: with a clear pulse / rhythm
B - ambient / experimental music or soundscape [1]: musical and rhythmic effects, sound textures
C - Recording a video and creating sound design for it [2]
[1] Music must be created using a computer, ... samples, rhythmic and musical loops, virtual instruments and sound effects. The use of voice is allowed, but not mandatory. The audio file must be in stereo format and the use of effects processors (reverb, delay) is required. The author may use pre-recorded material from third parties, but the melody (vocal) or theme (instrumental) of the piece must be original.
[2] The participant records a video of about 3 minutes (with a smartphone or other recorder) and creates sound design for it. Camera audio is not allowed: it is recommended that the author composes their own music for the video and adds synchronous sounds as needed. [2] A total of three prizes will be awarded in this category, age groups will not be regarded.
